How to use Surf Washing Powder Detergent to get the freshest and brightest wash, every time (hand wash or twin tubs): For heavily soiled clothing, use 1 full cup of powder (250 ml). For lightly soiled clothing, use 3/4 full cup of powder (180 ml) Hand Wash: 1. Add Surf Hand Washing Powder Detergent to water. 2. Dissolve Surf washing powder in water before adding clothes. 3.
