Salex SSR (Saline Sinus Rinse) Paediatric Kit offers a 0.72% Isotonic Saline Solution, which is made from Sodium Chloride. It is a High Volume, Low Pressure nasal rinse system used in more severe sinus related cases to flush the sinus cavities using a Hydro-dynamic force, clearing excess mucus from the nasal passages and sinuses. 1. For ages 5 years and older, for younger please consult with your healthcare professional. 2. Contains: 100ml Rinse Bottle, 20 x 0.8g Sachets, and a Soft Silicone Nozzle. 3. The Soft Silicone Nozzle is specially designed for smaller nostrils and soft to prevent damage to the nasal passages. Lip on nozzle prevents deep insertion. 4. Soft Squeeze Rinsing Bottle allows child to control pressure by themselves. Remember, unless advised by your doctor, child should always rinse themselves. 5. Specifications Fill the rinse bottle up to 100ml mark with freshly boiled and cooled water (DO NOT USE BOILING WATER). Empty the contents of one sachet into the rinse bottle. Stand and lean over a basin and gently squeeze 50ml of isotonic saline rinse into one nostril. Keep your mouth and other nostril open for the solution to drain.
