Disprin Extra Strength 500mg 16 Tablets is made extra strong with 500mg of aspirin. Each tablet dissolves easily in the mouth or in water, and gets to work fast to reduce pain. The ingredient that makes Disprin Extra Strength work (the active ingredient) is Aspirin. Aspirin belongs to a group of medicines known as non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works to relieve pain and inflammation. Specifications Adults and children 16 years and over: One tablet. This dose may be repeated every 3-4 hours, if needed. Do not take more than 8 tablets in 24 hours. Ingredients Each tablet contains 500mg aspirin (acetylsalicylic acid) as the active ingredient. Each tablet also contains calcium carbonate, maize starch, citric acid anhydrous, talc (sterilised), sodium laurilsulphate, saccharin, crospovidone and lime flavour.
