DELIVERY POLICY

DELIVERY CHARGES

All orders are subject to a delivery fee of R55 incl Vat.

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY NORMALLY TAKE TO ARRIVE?

You may place an order on-demand (delivery within 2 hours of purchase) or should you prefer to schedule your delivery time, we ensure delivery within the selected hour.

Mess-up’s do happen that are outside of our control. Should there be a problem with your order, we will contact you immediately, alternatively please email orders@onecart.co.za or call +27 82 552 9118.

OUT OF STOCK

Should a product you have ordered be temporarily unavailable or if the item has been permanently removed, we will notify you immediately and you will have the option to accept an alternative option that your personal shopper will suggest, or you may choose to receive a coupon voucher to the value of the out-of-stock item, or you may choose to receive a refund in respect of that product. Refunds may take up to 3 working days to reflect into your account.

Monday – Friday: 10:00-18h00

 

CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, & RETURNS

You can cancel your order if your delivery is more than 3 hours away, unless you purchase twenty (20) or more pieces of the same item.

If your delivery is less than 3 hours away, cancellation is not allowed.

You can reschedule your order(s) if your delivery is more than 2 hours away, unless you purchase twenty (20) or more pieces of the same item.

If your delivery is less than 2 hours away, rescheduling is not allowed.

Regrettably, we do not process returns of items purchased. Any returns must be directed to the Partner Merchant. Should you require further information regarding returns please email orders@onecart.co.za.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

In order for a seamless transaction and delivery, you must provide a daytime physical address for delivery.

Please make it easy for our drivers to find your address by leaving a detailed comment in the block provided when placing your order.

If the courier has attempted to deliver the parcel and has been unable to do so due to the residence/business being closed or vacant, you will be charged a re-delivery fee of R150.

PURCHASE ERRORS

We handle purchase errors on a case-by-case basis. If you aren’t, for any reason happy with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible from the time you received your order so we may assess the situation and discuss a possible solution. DELIVERY ERRORS

Should you receive incorrect items or items that were not ordered, please contact us immediately so we may arrange a refund or credit note depending on your preference.
