Our product and catalog team work hard at making sure our inventory lists are up to date, however, out-of-stock items do happen. We offer the option to replace or remove out of stock items, which you can manage on this page when placing your order.
Any items added to your cart will default to “Replace with best match”. With this option, the shopper on your order is prompted to select the best possible replacement for your out of stock item.
On any of the items in your cart, click on “Change Substitute”. Here you may now select “Let shopper suggest” if you would like our shopper to choose the best substitute available on your behalf.
If you would like to select your own substitute choice, select “Choose a substitute now”. You can search our online catalog or choose a replacement from the suggested items displayed.
If you would like us to remove the out of stock item from your cart, choose “Don’t substitute”. We will then refund the item to your OneCart wallet.
Please note: Your shopper will always communicate with you via WhatsApp or SMS, any changes to your order. If your shopper can’t reach you, the system will default to “find best match” as mentioned above. If you would like your shopper to call before checkout, please select this option in the next page.
